How It Works
Long Island Loyalty was launched in July 2014 as a way to incentify local consumers to shop local and support Long Island-owned businesses. The card is FREE to the consumer and it’s an excellent way to save money on goods and services you buy.
I signed up for my FREE card, now what?
Check out our searchable business directory HERE for any and everything you desire. Look for the LI Loyalty window clings in participating businesses. Whenever you purchase goods, services or food from these businesses, in addition to paying them in full (as if the program didn’t exist), give them your LI Loyalty card or show them the QR code on your LI Loyalty Mobile App. 10% of the purchase amount* gets loaded back onto your card to be used during a future purchase at any participating business.

I have been using my card. How do I know how much I have earned?
You can check your balance at any time by clicking on the “Card Balance” button on the top menu bar. Enter in your full 16-digit card number and click “Check Balance”. The USD amount shown is the amount you have available to redeem at participating businesses. You can also visit www.seemybalance.com to check balances in real-time.
How can I “cash in” what I have earned?
When it is time to pay for your purchase, simply hand your card or show your QR Code to the cashier or waiter and say “I want to pay with my Loyalty”. They then will process your payment from the balance that is available on your card.
What are the usage terms and conditions?
The rewards issued have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The rewards can solely be redeemed for goods and/or services from participating businesses only. Use of the card and/or mobile app constitutes the acceptance of the terms, conditions and restrictions of the program.
There is a certain business I would love to see on the program. How can I request that they become a participating business?
You can email us anytime at email@example.com. Please include the name and location of the business, as well as the contact person (if known). Feel free to ask them if they accept the card when you are in their establishment and let them know that you would love seeing them take part in the program.
What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is lost, please click HERE to request a replacement. There is a $5 fee for replacements. Once you receive your new card, all of the balance will be transferred and the card will be ready for use.
